January 16, 2025 Thursday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

January 17, 2025 Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

January 18, 2025 Saturday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

* Completion of theory class is a requirement to start clinical training*

PART 2: Clinical Training ( Stonebrooke Rehab Center in Concord )

100 required hours ( 13 days total )

January 23 , 2025 - January 26, 2025 8am -430pm

January 30, 2025 - February 2, 2025 8am - 4:30pm

February 6, 2025 - February 10, 2025 8am- 4:30pm

ENROLLMENT PROCESS:

Step 1. Students meet admission qualifications.

Step 2. Students pay one time non-refundable registration fee.

Step 3. Submit all required enrollment forms ( check your spam mail). This can be done by emailing the form to admin@passinstitute.com

Step 4. School verifies completeness of forms.

Step 5. Students receive Invoice for the class.
