June 5, 2026 Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

June 9, 2026 Tuesday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

June 10, 2026 Wednesday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

June 11, 2026 Thursday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

June 12, 2026 Friday 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

* Completion of theory class is a requirement to start clinical training*

PART 2: Clinical Training ( Stonebrooke Rehab Center in Concord or BayBerry Rehab in Concord )

100 required hours ( 13 days total )

June 16 , 2026 - June 20, 2026 8am -430pm

June 24, 2026 - June 28, 2026 8am - 4:30pm

July 1, 2026 - July 3, 2026 8am- 4:30pm

ENROLLMENT PROCESS:

Step 1. Students meet admission qualifications.

Step 2. Students pay one time non-refundable registration fee.

Step 3. Submit all required enrollment forms ( check your spam mail). This can be done by emailing the form to admin@passinstitute.com

Step 4. School verifies completeness of forms.

Step 5. Students receive Invoice for the class.
